Elevate FXBG: Uplifting You, Your Business and Our Community, a personal and professional development half-day event designed for community helpers and teams to get re-energized and re-inspired. The event took place on Wednesday, April 19th, from 12 to 4pm, at the Silk Mill in Fredericksburg, VA.
Attendees heard from a lineup of dynamic and inspirational speakers who shared practical insights on living a balanced life, and promoting workplace and mental wellness.

Although they focused predominantly on health and wellness professionals, counselors, first responders, educators and nonprofits, Elevate FXBG was a must-attend event for anyone looking to take their personal and professional lives to the next level, as attendees left feeling empowered, inspired, and equipped with the tools needed to make positive changes in their lives and workplaces.
